Gaurav joined MRI Network in Dubai in 2012 and brings to the table a total of 15 years of experience in Executive Search and Recruitment. He has been a Producing Manager since 2017.

His forte lies in the banking and financial services domain (private banking, private equity, investment banking, institutional equities) and over the years, he has executed more than 90 leadership and senior searches for prominent global as well as local firms.

He has worked in the past with Randstad and Executive Access.

Gaurav is an Economics graduate and followed it up with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
